She brings over 15 years of experience in financial and project accounting, including working with major engineering and oil infrastructure firms in Iran such as OIEC and Tehran Power Industry. In these roles, she prepared and submitted statutory reports, managed cash flow, oversaw supplier reconciliations, and collaborated closely with project teams to ensure financial integrity in large-scale projects like NGL Oil & Gas 1200 and 1300 in southern Iran.
Beth holds a Bachelor of Accounting from a university in Tehran, Iran (1996) and continued developing her creative side in Australia by completing a Certificate III in Visual Arts (Crafts, Painting, and Drawing) in 2022. She finds joy in design and creative expression, which she integrates into both personal and professional spheres — helping her bring innovation and fresh thinking to the Xigma practice.
At Xigma, she leads bookkeeping, client services, and administrative coordination with accuracy, warmth, and diligence.
